Who we are

This website is operated by SynkBase. For anything about your personal data, contact hello@synkbase.ai.

What we collect

• Design partner and contact forms: the details you enter (name, work email, company, job title, area, industry, company size, systems you use and anything you write in the free-text field).
• Emails you send us: your address and the content of your message.
• Site analytics: aggregate, cookieless page-view statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not set cookies or build a profile of you.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we use it

To reply to you and to assess and run the design partner programme. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us.

Who processes it

• Web3Forms receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the analytics described above.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Applications and enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@synkbase.ai. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
